二次詐騙｜誤墮騙案想追回損失？小心被呃完再呃 ( English version for this article is not available )
有咩慘過被人呃？就係被呃多次！遇到騙案當然想將錢追回，但有不少受害人卻因此而跌入「二次詐騙」圈套，傷上加傷。近期有騙徒吼準受害人不甘受騙的心態，廣發釣魚訊息及在網上賣廣告，冒充律師事務所、反詐騙組織、黑客組織，甚至警方部門的，表示可協助追回款項，令不少受害人上當，再次被騙。
早前有受害人分享遇到「二次詐騙」的經歷：「第一次被騙已幾乎損失全部積蓄，沒料到再遇上第二次，結果所有錢被騙光了。」該受害人指較早前認識一位網友，被遊說投資虛擬貨幣，「一開始是有賺錢的，後來發現存入投資戶口的錢都不能提出來，才知道被騙。」事主其後在社交平台看到有律師事務所聲稱有很多成功追回被騙款項的案例，於是便聯絡他們。
受害人憶述當時與一位自稱律師的人員對話，對方指追回錢後會收取15%費用，之後轉到自稱是IT部的技術人員跟進。「他說我被騙的錢被轉到一個賭博網站，無法用原本的法律途徑追討，不過他們找到這個網站的漏洞，可以把錢贏回來，要求我先存錢到網站開戶。」受害人按指示存錢，最終當然是原先被騙的錢追不到，還被騙去更多錢。
其實在網上搜尋「騙案」、「詐騙」等字眼，即會出現不少這類網站，騙徒更會大賣廣告令訊息出現在當眼的置頂位，令人更易中招。所以大家必須小心，切勿輕易相信任何聲稱可幫你追回騙款的組織，以免再次被騙。
